Protect Your SOP Date.
First Time Right
at Every Gate.

The fastest OEMs now launch a new vehicle in about 20 months.† Matching that pace without cutting validation means no late surprises. UnifyIQ connects Design, Quality, Supplier and Compliance on one platform — so every issue is caught at the gate it belongs to, not at the build.

The Moment We're In

Launch Delays Rarely Start at SOP. They Start at an Earlier Gate.

A drawing note a supplier reads differently. A design change that never reached the supplier. A PPAP element found missing at review. A cybersecurity requirement that surfaces at type approval. Each is small when it is created — and expensive by the time it is found.

Software-defined vehicles, new regulations and faster competitors have added more gates and less time between them. UnifyIQ was built to make every gate pass first time — across Design, Supplier, Quality and Compliance.

The UnifyIQ Platform

Four Pillars. One Thread from Concept to SOP.

Each pillar owns a gate where launches typically slip. Together they give Design, Supplier, Quality and Compliance teams one shared view of what is ready — and what is not.

Gate · Design Release

DocIQ

Design Intelligence

Turns native CAD and drawings into a clear, verified design bundle — readable 2D drawings, notes and tolerances, every value checked against the source. OEMs release it; suppliers build from it.

SupplierIQ

Supplier Risk Intelligence

Replaces spreadsheet APQP trackers with one live view of every supplier and part — and flags which deliverables are at risk of slipping before they hit the plan.

PPAP

Submission Readiness

Reads PPAP packages against all 18 AIAG elements, scores completeness and lists the gaps — so packages are fixed before submission, not after rejection.

For Suppliers

Get It Right on the First Submission.

Your OEM's SOP date is your deadline too. The same platform helps Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers read requirements correctly and submit evidence that is accepted first time.

Read the OEM drawing right DocIQ

Clear notes, translated where needed, with every value and tolerance checked against the original — before first samples, not after.

Self-check PPAP before you submit PPAP

Your package checked against all 18 AIAG elements, with gaps listed — so it is closed in-house, not returned by the customer.

Meet safety & cyber requirements ComplianceIQ

TARA and HARA evidence for your part, traceable to the ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 requirements your OEM sets.

★ How It Works

One Digital Thread. First Time Right at Every Gate.

Launches slip when a problem is created at one gate and found at a later one. UnifyIQ links design, supplier, quality and compliance data, so each gap is visible at the gate where it is created — when it is still a fix, not a delay. AI does the first pass; your engineers and our SMEs make the call.

A launch fails where these domains meet. That is where we work.

Built around the launch, not one department

Design, Supplier, Quality and Compliance work from one thread. A change in one shows up where it matters in the others.

Speed without skipping validation

AI takes the first pass on drawings, submissions and threat analysis. Engineers and SMEs make every final call — so faster never means less rigorous.

Grounded in the standards you are audited against

AIAG APQP and PPAP, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155 and India's AIS-189 — built in, not bolted on.

OEM and supplier on the same page

We work with OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers, so what the OEM releases and what the supplier builds stay in step.

Key Questions
What Leaders Are Asking About First Time Right Launches
What does First Time Right mean in vehicle development? +
First Time Right means each development gate — design release, supplier sourcing, PPAP approval, type approval — is passed without rework or resubmission. It does not mean skipping validation; it means problems are found at the gate where they are created, when they are still a fix rather than a delay.
Why do vehicle launches miss their SOP date? +
Industry studies point to late detection. PwC found delays typically come from insufficient early risk planning and late discovery of problems, with production, supplier and quality issues the main causes. In India, Vector Consulting Group's survey of OEM and Tier-1 leaders traced typical 9–15 month launch lags to gaps at the design stage.
How does UnifyIQ help protect the SOP date? +
UnifyIQ connects four pillars on one platform: DocIQ for clear, verified design bundles, SupplierIQ for APQP tracking and supplier risk, PPAP for submission readiness across all 18 AIAG elements, and ComplianceIQ for TARA and HARA. Each pillar flags gaps at its own gate, so they are closed before they reach SOP. OEMs and suppliers use the same tools, so both sides work from the same facts.
What is TARA and why is it mandatory for automotive OEMs? +
TARA — Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment — is defined in ISO/SAE 21434 and is central to the Cyber Security Management System required by UNECE R155. Without a CSMS certificate, vehicles cannot obtain type approval in markets applying R155, including the EU, Japan and South Korea. India's AIS-189 follows the same structure.
How does ComplianceIQ support AIS-189 compliance in India? +
AIS-189 mirrors UNECE R155 structurally but differs on testing-agency mechanics — ARAI and ICAT expect evidence in their own formats, not the generic R155 template. ComplianceIQ generates evidence packs with full traceability between asset, damage scenario, attack path and cybersecurity goal, formatted for ARAI and ICAT submission.
How is AI used without compromising engineering rigour? +
AI does the first pass — reading drawings and supplier submissions, mapping PPAP elements, drafting threat scenarios. Every output is checked against its source and reviewed by engineers or SMEs before it is used. AI shortens the work; people remain accountable for the decision.
